Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tech VPN (“the service”, “we”). By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Tech VPN is an Android application that routes your device's internet traffic through one of our WireGuard servers in a region you choose. It is distributed as a direct APK download, not through Google Play. A Free tier is funded by ads and metered in minutes; optional VIP tiers offer higher speeds and unlimited session length.

Accounts

The app works with an anonymous device account and no sign-up. You may optionally create an email account or sign in with Google to preserve your minutes, VIP days and referral progress across devices. You are responsible for keeping any credentials you add secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
• send spam, launch attacks, scan or probe networks you do not own, or otherwise abuse the network or other users;
• attempt to circumvent the minutes system, rewards, referral mechanics or ad delivery, including automated or fraudulent reward claims;
• interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the service beyond what the law expressly permits.

We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe breaches these terms or threatens the service or its users.

Free tier, VIP and ads

• Free minutes. Watching a rewarded ad grants VPN minutes; you are billed only for the minutes you actually use, rounded up to the next minute at disconnect.
• Earning VIP. VIP days can be earned by watching rewarded ads or through referrals. Earned days and any purchased time are provided as-is and have no cash value.
• Ads. Ads are part of the free experience and are served by third-party ad networks. VIP tiers reduce or remove interstitial ads.
• Changes. Speeds, tiers, ad frequency, reward thresholds and free-tier mechanics may change as the service evolves. Paid VIP pricing is not yet available; when it launches, you will always see the price before you are charged.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular server, speed or streaming service will be available at any given time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of - or inability to use - the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account and data. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or abuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination - acceptable use, warranty disclaimers and liability limits - continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction - to be confirmed]. This placeholder will be finalized as part of the legal review noted above.
